The Cell Atlantic Cellbooth.

The Cellbooth is basically a plastic bag shaped like a phone booth that you put over your head when you need some privacy. It won't block out any noise, nor would it do anything but attract more attention to yourself, but using the Cellbooth tells everyone around you that your call is not to be interrupted.
